Responsibilities:
Onboards and trains new hires, including but not limited to creating training schedules Partners with operations managers and supervisors to develop and validate training material.
Creates training curriculum and facilitates training sessions, both on the plant floor and in a classroom setting Analyzes training progress and suggests additional training programs and needs Builds rapport with employees and works closely with them on their training needs Works directly with supervisors to ensure training needs and expectations and evaluate effectiveness.
Develops tracking methodology to maintain accurate training records Maintain documentation in IQS system.
Process work instructions and other documentation through IQS Change Control Module.
Distribute change notices to personnel.
Maintain retention and disposition of historical documents.
This position will primarily work on 1st shift but will need to flex to other shifts to meet the needs of all crews.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree Preferred OSHA 30 hour training Experience 2 or more years of related experience or/or Training Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new skills Attentive to details and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments Flexible and driven to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately Strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Coordinating Curiosity Manufacturing Multitasking Occupational Safety And Health Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
