Summary:
Supports activities of Engineering Team engaged in repair, maintenance, set up and troubleshooting and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of office and plant.
Implement approved repair and/or capital projects including project engineering, design, and budgetary administration consistent with the authorized budget and schedule.
Support and maintain engineering drawing library and revision controlled documentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and support major capital and/or repair projects.
Prepare and support activities of workers modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
Support maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, or compressed air required for operations.
Support engineering activities and designs for equipment utilization and optimization.
Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with operations and maintenance staff.
Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
Maintains and updates the engineering drawing library structure and revision-controlled drawings and manuals.
Maintains and updates the infrastructure and utilities drawings.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3-5 Years working in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated competency in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Demonstrated competency to create and run static FEA analysis preferred.
2 years of AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience.
2- or 4-year technical degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience / ability in CAD Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to use, interpret and communicate via CAD and solid modeling.
Design / Drafting (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new skills Attentive to details and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments Flexible and driven to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately Strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
