Summary:
Prepares and sets up tooling from extrusion schedule to insure maximum efficiency and productivity by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:
Insures enough dies are in the ovens at each press based upon production schedule.
Recycles failed dies quickly.
Places dies in caustic solution to clean them of aluminum residue.
Polishes dies as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and several years of die correction experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other:
Must possess a valid Forklift Operator's license and have prior forklift experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is regularly required to use his or her hands to finger, handle and feel; stand and walk.
The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop or crouch.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
